Marcela White is a licensed public adjuster serving clients throughout the entire state of Florida as well as the Denver and Front Range regions of Colorado. Originally from Colombia, she moved to the U.S. at 18 and has since called both Miami and Cooper City home.

With over three years of experience as a public adjuster—and a background as a claims manager at Heritage Insurance and an independent adjuster—Marcela brings deep industry insight to every claim. Her time inside the insurance world allows her to anticipate carrier tactics and advocate proactively for her clients, especially in complex or disputed commercial and residential losses.

Marcela is bilingual in Spanish and English and thrives on helping policyholders navigate their claims with empathy and foresight. “I was trained to adjust claims fairly and with the insured’s best interest at heart,” she says. “That requires a humane approach, which is why I chose to be on the advocacy side of the industry.”

Outside of work, Marcela is a devoted wife and mother of two daughters. She’s a passionate supporter of her daughter’s travel soccer team, enjoys salsa dancing, long walks with her rescue dog Alicia, and is currently learning golf. She’s also an active community member through church volunteering and participation in business groups, including the Aurora Chamber of Commerce.
