Meet Your Adjuster

Beverly McKenna is a licensed public adjuster apprentice based in Land O’ Lakes, Florida, proudly serving property owners throughout the region. Originally raised in New Hope, Pennsylvania, Beverly has lived in several areas including Long Island, New York; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Orlando, Florida.

Beverly obtained her license in December 2025, bringing with her a strong professional background in bank compliance, where she specialized in testing and monitoring procedures and internal controls. This experience developed her attention to detail, analytical thinking, and process driven approach, skills that translate directly into navigating complex insurance claims.

​

Beverly represents all types of property damage claims and specializes in large-loss commercial claims, as well as fire and water damage, where thorough investigation and strong advocacy are critical. Beverly takes a comprehensive and hands-on approach to every claim, combining detailed analysis with clear, consistent communication so her clients always feel informed and supported throughout the process.

“What I enjoy most about this work is being able to advocate for policyholders during some of their most stressful moments,” Beverly says. “Helping clients navigate complex claims, ensuring they receive a fair settlement, and seeing the relief it brings them is incredibly rewarding.”

Outside of work, Beverly enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors, and caring for her animals, including horses, dogs, and other rescue pets that keep her household active and full of life. She is also involved in her community through the Tampa Bay Run Club and volunteers with the Tampa Bay Humane Society, reflecting her commitment to both wellness and giving back.

Beverly is a dedicated wife and mother, and credits her family with teaching her patience, adaptability, and problem solving qualities she brings into her work every day. Guided by a strong belief in empathy and honesty, she approaches every client relationship with transparency, integrity, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.
