Residential Property with Wind, Hail, and Storm Damage

Storm Damage.

What You See After the Storm May Only Be Part of the Story.

Wind and hail can affect roofing systems, structures, and interiors in ways that aren't immediately apparent. The scope of your loss and what you ultimately recover are not always the same thing.

What Most Property Owners Learn Too Late

HomeInspection.Wix.Originaljpeg.jpeg

Hidden Damage Is Commonly Missed

Damage behind walls, under flooring, and inside structural cavities is rarely captured in a fast insurance inspection. What gets missed is your problem – unless it gets documented first.

IncreaseMoney_edited.jpg

The First Offer Is Not the Final Number

An initial settlement reflects what the insurance documented – not necessarily everything your policy covers. You have the right to dispute it.

Deadlines Apply — But So Do Your Rights

Insurance policies have strict claim filing and supplemental deadlines. Missing them can limit your options. Acting quickly with proper representation protects them.

You Do Not Have to Navigate This Alone

Policyholders have rights after a storm event. You have the right to representation, the right to an independent inspection, and the right to dispute your settlement. Most homeowners do not know this — and insurance companies don't advertise it.

Bellmore adjusters are licensed and experienced with wind, hail, and hurricane claims, FEMA guidelines, and the National Flood Insurance Program — so every coverage available to you gets documented and claimed. We handle claims after every major storm event and know exactly what to look for and how to present a complete, compelling claim.

Do not sign any release or accept any settlement without a free review from us. What you sign today may limit your options tomorrow.

What Our Clients Say

"After the 2024 hurricanes, I was overwhelmed with the damage and unsure of where to begin. What could have been a stressful and confusing time was made manageable and smooth. Financially I was able to get all my needs met."

-Cheyenne O., Riverview

"We flooded out from Hurricane Milton — a complete loss. Bellmore essentially handled everything from the initial assessment to final payments. He will maximize your returns and help reduce your stress. 100% totally happy with our results."

— Jeff B., Punta Gorda

"My insurance adjuster did a minimum to help me out. Another adjusting company refused, saying my deductible was too high to work with. Belmore showed up right away, quick communication, and best results. Now I have a new roof and lots of repairs paid by insurance that wanted to pay me $0."

— Mindaugas G., Bradenton

Frequently Asked Questions

  • A. That is the most common scenario we handle. Their inspection is the starting point — not the final word. Bellmore reviews what was documented, inspects what was missed, and submits a supplemental claim. You can hire us at any point in the process.

  • A. No. Bellmore moves quickly and our documentation process does not delay restoration. We work alongside your contractor. What we strongly recommend: do not allow permanent repairs to begin before we have documented the full scope of damage.

  • A. A high deductible does not mean the claim is not worth pursuing. If your damage is significant enough that the total claim exceeds your deductible, a public adjuster can meaningfully increase the net amount you receive. We will tell you honestly at the free review whether we can add value.

  • A. A denial is not the final word. Bellmore reviews your denial, identifies how the policy language was applied, and determines whether a supplemental or reopened claim is viable. Contact us before accepting any denial as final.

  • A. Nothing upfront. Bellmore works on a contingency fee regulated by Florida law. We are paid a percentage of what we recover for you. If we do not recover more, you owe nothing.
